The Upwelling Festival in Portland Victoria is an annual community and cultural event that culminates in a major art project and street parade. The Birds Without Borders project was devised by puppeteer Jenny Ellis and involved workshops with 18 schools from across the South West Victoria.

Impermanence (2000)

After Impermanence won the inaugural Evolution Arts Prize a screening was organised at the Gold Coast’s Marina Mirage. This included local bands, street performers, artwork by local artists and received wide media coverage.
